Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire – Where Elephants Rule

Your Kenya & Tanzania adventure starts in Arusha in the morning where you shall have your early morning meet and greet and immediately embark on a swift transfer to Tarangire National Park.

The road trip is scenic—passing farms, Maasai villages, and open plains.
After a about 3 hours of driving, you shall enter inside the park, where you’ll spot herds of elephants moving through the giant baobab trees.

You might also see zebras, giraffes, buffalo, and if lucky—a lion or two. Tarangire is peaceful and full of surprises.

Day 2: Tarangire to Ngorongoro – Into the Crater

Early morning, you begin a transfer to Ngorongoro Crater. Upon arrival, you shall embark on a descend to the rim behind you, but down here the world opens wide—green, sunlit, and teeming with life.

Zebra graze near the track. A lion stretches in the grass, unbothered by your presence. In the distance, a lone black rhino moves steadily across the plain.

You follow trails lined with wildebeest, cross shallow streams where buffalo drink, and pause beside a hippo pool for lunch, the air thick with bird calls and the low grunt of giants in water.

By late afternoon, you climb back toward the rim, the light softer now, shadows stretching long across the basin.

The day leaves you quiet because of the magnificent encounters you had. You shall live to remember this experience.

Day 3: Ngorongoro to Serengeti – Welcome to the Wild

Today, you will depart Ngorongoro immediately after breakfast and drive into Serengeti National Park, famous for the Great Migration and big predators.

Along the way, you’ll see animals like gazelles, wildebeest, and maybe even a leopard resting in a tree. On your way to Serengeti, watchout for the Maasai vilagers and if you need, make a stopover and learn more about them.

Learn about how they dance, relate and live their lives. You’ll arrive in time for an afternoon game drive before heading to camp as the sun sets.

Day 4: Full-Day in Serengeti – Safari at Its Best

Today is all about exploring. You’ll spend the whole day on a game drive, following the animals and stopping wherever the action is.

Your guide is entirely at your service, you feel free to sop him whenever necessary.

You might find a lion pride near a kill, cheetahs on the move, or elephants bathing in a river.

Lunch is served picnic-style under a tree in the bush before you proceed for further exciting and unforgettable game drives.

After the encounter, proceed to your lodge for dinner, relaxation and overnight.

Day 5: Serengeti to Maasai Mara – Crossing the Border

After breakfast, you’ll leave the Serengeti and embark on a drive to explore the Serengeti’s cousin.

You shall drive toward the Kenya-Tanzania border at Isebania and later proceed for a few more hours just before finally arriving your Masai Mara lodge.

The drive is through a a scenic route, with changing landscapes and a chance to see rural life along the way. You shall also have some game viewing enroute.

Once you cross into Kenya, the road is terrible, therefore expect the free African massage just before you finally land into your safari accommodation.

Day 6: Full-Day Maasai Mara – Big Cats & River Drama

Today is your first true Masai Mara adventure day, you start early and spend the full day exploring the very best of Maasai Mara.

The wildlife here is incredible—lions, cheetahs, giraffes, buffalo, and hippos are every where.

You’ll head toward the Mara River, where during migration season you might see thousands of wildebeest crossing (and crocodiles waiting). It’s one of the wildest scenes in nature.

The lake is famous for flamingos, but it’s also home to white rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, and leopards.

You’ll enjoy a relaxed afternoon game drive with scenic lake views and a peaceful atmosphere.
