This is a one-of-a-kind adventure that focuses on the famed Serengeti, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater and the Great Migration. You’ll spend at least four nights in the endless plains of Serengeti, with two nights in the Central Area (home to the park’s greatest concentration of big cats) and two nights in the Migration Area (depending on the season).
Feel the pulse of East Africa on this seven-day Serengeti safari, where each sunrise paints a new portrait of wilderness. You’ll chase tree-climbing lions in Lake Manyara, watch dawn break over endless Serengeti plains for four nights, then peer down into the teeming caldera of Ngorongoro. This journey blends big-cat drama, sweeping vistas and close-up encounters with the elephants, giraffes and wildebeest that roam freely here.
Beyond just the great migration, you shall have endless encounters including all the Big 5 cats, culture, tree-climbing lions, small 5 and more. This is your adventure if you want to encounter the unrivaled, untamed and pure African experience.
After a morning briefing in Arusha, you drive west through patchwork farmland toward Lake Manyara. By mid-afternoon you’re threading between fever trees and papyrus mats, where rock-climbing lions lounge in branches above grazing impala. As the golden light fades, watch hippos wallow at the lake’s edge, their low grunts echoing across still water.
